Terms of Service
Terms governing merchant use of the SAANJAI platform
- Effective
- 23 July 2026
- Version
- 2026-07-23
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you ("Merchant") and PIATEC (THAILAND) COMPANY LIMITED ("we", "us") for use of the SAANJAI platform, including the SAANJAI website, the Merchant Dashboard, the member-facing LINE Mini App, the API, and related services (the "Service").
By registering, signing in, or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the Service.
1. Definitions
- "Account" — the account you create with an email address and password to access the Merchant Dashboard.
- "Tenant" — one business unit of data, bound to one LINE Official Account and one slug.
- "Member" — your end customer who joins your loyalty programme through your LINE Mini App.
- "Merchant Data" — data you or your Members put into the Service, such as member records, points, coupons, bookings, broadcast messages, and images.
- "Trial Period" — the period during which we provide the Service free of charge as stated on the pricing page.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 20 years old and legally able to enter into a contract, or be duly authorised to act for the legal entity you are registering on behalf of.
You confirm that the registration details you provide — business name, phone number, and email address — are accurate and kept up to date.
3. Account and security
- You are responsible for keeping your password and sign-in credentials confidential. Do not let anyone else use your Account.
- Activity carried out through your Account is treated as your own, unless it is shown to result from a fault in our systems.
- If you believe your Account has been accessed without authorisation, notify us at info@piatec.co.th without delay.
- We may apply additional security measures such as email verification, sign-in rate limiting, and human-verification challenges (CAPTCHA).
4. Scope of the Service
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service solely for operating your own business.
The Service is provided as Software as a Service (SaaS). We operate the platform and may improve, add, reduce, or change features. Where a change materially affects how you use the Service, we will give reasonable prior notice.
5. Trial, fees, and payment
- The Trial Period is free and requires no credit card. To continue after it ends, you must select a paid plan.
- Fees, billing cycles, and plan entitlements are as shown on the pricing page or in an agreed quotation.
- Fees already paid are non-refundable, except where required by law or where we are unable to provide the Service through our own fault.
- If fees are not paid when due, we may suspend the Service and may delete data in line with the termination section below.
- Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
6. Your obligations regarding Member data
In relation to your Members’ personal data, you act as the data controller and we act as the data processor under the Thai Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
- You must have a lawful basis for collecting and using Member data, including obtaining consent where required.
- You must publish your own privacy notice to your Members and respond to data-subject rights requests.
- Do not put sensitive personal data (such as health, religion, criminal records, or biometric data) into the Service without our prior written agreement.
- Broadcast messaging must comply with LINE’s rules and applicable law. Do not message people who have withdrawn consent.
7. Prohibited use
- Using the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or money-laundering activity, or to infringe the rights of others.
- Hacking, penetration testing without written authorisation, reverse engineering, or attempting to access another tenant’s data.
- Sending unreasonable volumes of API requests that affect platform stability, or circumventing rate-limiting measures.
- Reselling the Service or letting third parties use it on your behalf without authorisation.
- Uploading malware, infringing content, obscene material, or otherwise unlawful content.
8. LINE Official Account and third-party services
Use of the Service requires connecting your LINE Official Account and is also subject to LINE Corporation’s terms. You are responsible for keeping your LINE Channel Secret and access tokens secure.
The Service relies on third-party providers, including cloud hosting, email delivery, payment processing, and AI model providers. We are not liable for their service interruptions or changes to their terms.
9. AI features (SaanjaiAi)
- AI output — campaign suggestions, draft copy, analyses — is decision-support information only, not business, legal, or financial advice.
- You are responsible for reviewing accuracy and appropriateness before acting on it or sending it to Members.
- We use your tenant data to generate output for that tenant only, and do not use your tenant data to train models serving other tenants without consent.
10. Intellectual property
We own all rights in the Service software, systems, designs, templates, trademarks, and documentation. These Terms transfer none of those rights to you.
You own your Merchant Data and the content you upload, and you grant us the right to use, copy, and process it as necessary to provide, back up, and secure the Service.
11. Availability and maintenance
We aim to provide the Service continuously, but we do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
We may suspend the Service temporarily for maintenance, with reasonable prior notice except in emergencies or for security reasons.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the fees you actually paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the liability.
We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, lost business opportunity, or loss caused by your use of the Service outside its intended purpose. These limits do not apply to loss caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
13. Suspension and termination
- You may cancel at any time through the Merchant Dashboard or by giving us written notice.
- We may suspend or terminate the Service if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or where required by law.
- On termination you may request an export of your Merchant Data within 30 days. After that we will delete or anonymise the data within the retention periods set out in the Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms. We will publish the new version on this page and notify you by email or in the Merchant Dashboard at least 30 days before changes that materially affect your rights take effect.
Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the amended Terms.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Thai law and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Thai courts. The parties will attempt to resolve disputes by negotiation before taking legal action.
